1. Overview

Welcome to the Melograna.io Wine Lover Program ("Program"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program as an influencer. By signing up for the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must be a legal resident and at least 18 years old. Melograna.io reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

3. Program Benefits

As a Program participant, you are entitled to the following benefits:

  • A 5% discount on all purchases made through your unique influencer link.
  • A 3% commission on customer purchases made through your unique influencer link.

4. Sign-up Process

To sign up for the Program, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. Melograna.io may contact you for additional information as needed.

5. Unique Influencer Link

Upon successful sign-up, you will receive a unique influencer link. This link is for your personal use only and should not be shared with others. Melograna.io reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if it determines that the link is being misused.

6. Commission Payouts

Commissions will be paid on a regular basis, as determined by Melograna.io. Payments will be made through a method agreed upon between you and Melograna.io. To qualify for the first payment, a minimum of 10 orders must be made through your unique influencer link.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting Melograna.io through the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to marketing and advertising standards.

8. Termination of Participation

Melograna.io reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the influencer link, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Melograna.io.

9. Changes to the Program and Terms

Melograna.io may modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Melograna.io's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
